Can I apply in 2018?

This is a trial Residency. I hope to continue, but my resources are limited. If the Residency is able to obtain further funding, then it can become a permanent Residency, which would make it possible to open it to fathers, families & it could include accommodation in its program.

I hope this helps before applying to the residency.
